The ITA Promotions website started back in February just before the COVID-19 pandemic and came to a screeching halt in March 2020. With the type of street team and government promotions they do, everything on this project was up in the air. Things went on pause for 6 months until September when Joshua and Amy Sweat decided to reboot the project.
"This was a very difficult website to build during a pandemic as we communicated 100% remotely. We literally started from scratch from the ground up blowing away pre-pandemic work," said Chad Alvarez, Owner of Digital Curve Marketing. "In the end, we spent many text messages and zoom calls in the final weeks to get it done!"
Idle Time Advertising, LLC (ITA Promotions) is a full-service public outreach/event staffing and experiential advertising agency. This Woman-Owned Small Business originated in Annapolis, Maryland in 2007 and began as a non-traditional advertising agency. The company’s initial focus was on creating memorable restroom billboards and other unconventional ad campaigns.
Since 2010, the company has assigned more than 300+ individual staff members to events and public outreach campaigns and is able to successfully execute thousands of activations each year.
