The Jacob Sloan Foundation has been created to honor the life and legacy of Jake Sloan. Jake lived his life being a friend to all through his kindness and giving, always striving to “make a difference” in someone’s life.
The mission of this foundation is to make a difference by providing financial support to children and families in need, the arts, athletics and communities that need assistance. Since 2019, we've been able to award 56 grants totaling more than $179,000 to various organizations, a few of which are shown here.
